i keep opening the programe but it it just brings me to photoshop with no change in the brushes

When you download chose save and save the zip file, remember where you saved it. Then you will need to go to where you saved the zip file. You will unzip and extract the file to:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop\Presets\Brushes.
Open Photoshop and from your brush menu, choose "load brushes" and from the list which will open, choose the brush set you have just added. Once done, choose a brush from the set and start using.
